Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Elections: BJP announces candidates for 29 seats

Srinagar :The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced its candidates for the upcoming Legislative Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, with a total of 29 seats contested.

According to the official list released by the party, Ashok Bhat will be contesting from the Habba Kadal seat, while Mohammad Akram Chaudhary will contest from Gulabgarh.

Kuldeep Raj Dubey has been fielded for Reasi, and Baldev Raj Sharma will contest from Shri Mata Vaisho Devi.

Thakur Randhir Singh will be the candidate for Kalakote-Rajouri, with Chowdhary Zulfikar Ali contesting from Budhal. Mohd. Iqbal Malik will fight from Thannamandi, and Syed Mushtaq Ahmad Bukhari from Surankote.

Chowdhary Abdul Gani is the candidate for Poonch Haveli, with Murtaza Khan contesting from Mendhar.

Pawan Gupta will contest from Udhampur West, and Balwant Singh Mankotia from Chenani.

Sunil Bhardwaj has been nominated for Ramnagar, with Jeevan Lal contesting from Bani.

Satish Sharma will fight from Bilawar, and Darshan Singh from Basohli.

Rajiv Jasrotia will contest from Jasrota, with Adv Vijay Kumar Sharma nominated for Hiranagar.

From Ramgarh, Dr. Devinder Kumar Maniyal will be the candidate, and from Samba, Surjit Singh Slathia will contest.

Chandra Prakash Ganga has been nominated for Vijaypur, with Gharu Ram Bhagat contesting from Suchetgarh.

Dr. Narinder Singh Raina will fight from R.S. Pura – Jammu south, and Yudhvir Sethi has been nominated for Jammu East.

Devinder Singh Rana will contest from Nagrota, with Arvind Gupta nominated for Jammu West.

Sham Lal Sharma will fight from Jammu north, Mohan Lal Bhagat from Akhnoor, and Rajeev Sharma has been nominated for Chhamb.
