Bihar CM Nitish Kumar praises PM Modi and Indian Army for Operation Sindoor, says ‘whole country is proud’

Patna: The Indian Armed Forces have retaliated against the terrorist attack in Pahalgam through ‘Operation Sindoor’. This operation resulted in the destruction of nine terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and the elimination of over 100 terrorists, all executed from Indian territory. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has publicly commended the army’s actions, expressing pride in their efforts and acknowledging Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his statement.

Chief Minister Kumar remarked, ‘In retaliation for the terrorist attack on April 22, 2025, in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian Army has successfully targeted nine terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir as part of ‘Operation Sindoor’. The nation stands united against terrorism, and we take immense pride in the bravery and valor of the Indian Army. We have unwavering faith in the leadership of our esteemed Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi ji. Jai Hind.’

It is noteworthy that ‘Operation Sindoor’ led to the destruction of nine terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, including the Sawai Nala camp, a Lashkar facility responsible for training terrorists involved in various attacks, situated 30 km from the Line of Control. Additionally, the Jaish’s Bilal terror camp in Bahawalpur and Hizbul’s Mehmoona Zoya camp in Sialkot were also dismantled.
