On 6th October 1661, the 7th Guru Harrai of the Sikhs died.
Guru Har Rai was the grandson of the sixth Guru Hargobind Singh of the Sikhs.
He was born in Punjab. After the death of Guru Hargobind, Guru Harrai took charge of Sikhism on March 3 ,1644.
He became a Sikh Guru at the age of just 14. Guru Harrai guided Sikhism for 17 years.
Guru Har Rai hi had two sons. Ram Rai and Harkishan Singh ji. Harkishan Singh ji also became the Guru of Sikhs.
Guru Harrai, besides being a great nationalist, was also a brave warrior.
